ASSISTANT HR. MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge in handling full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring conflict resolution.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding new employees.
- Support performance management programs, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS for efficient data tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Verification on Payroll report, Staff claims, HR related report. Approval for AL, Staff Exit Pass, Requisition to work during weekend and Goods leaving office premises.
- Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferably minimum 8 years and above experiences in related field.
- MS Office, Excel, Payroll system, Exposure to manufacturing environment or ISO9001:2008 will be an added advantage.
- Training in HR related matters.
SALES COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all documentation and records related to the assigned Customer such as issuance of Sales Orders, invoices, delivery orders.
- Responsible to apply and submit K9 - Custom Form Application for all product that require approval from Malaysia custom authority including K9 delivery order and K9 packing list.
- Order processing and following up with internal teams (planning, production, warehouse & logistics) to ensure shipment can be affected as agreed with Customer(s).
- Attends daily Operation meetings to keep abreast of production schedule and to report to Manager if there is any issue which may affect delivery / shipment dates.
- Requests and arranges for samples required for New Product Development (NPDs) such as raw material, master batch, packaging, components.
- Arranges for sample runs with internal team as per Customer’s requests.
- Handling Customer Feedback / Complaints.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Must be graduate in Degree or Diploma of supply chain management, business administration, office management or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Minimum 3-4 years experiences in Sales and Marketing (Manufacturing Industry).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP system is an added advantages.
PRODUCT AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for transition of products from design related issues to ensure product start-up issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide sustaining engineering support to the manufacturing team through detailed failure analysis, technical support, alternate component recommendations, documentation revisions, assembly support, obsolescence analysis, and training support to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- To work closely with The Marketing Team on new product definition to create detailed product definition documents and product requirements specifications that specify customer needs and standards/legislative requirements that the design will need to satisfy.
- Resolve component supplier issues in a timely fashion to ensure that impact to production is minimized.
- Responsible for supporting existing products, includes technical support, product improvement, customer returns and complaints, manufacturing support and risk assessment.
Job Requirements:
- Must be graduate in diploma level or above in Engineering (Mechanical) field or with a strong background in manufacturing process.
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in the Food Safety (Plastic Manufacturing).
- Experience working in injection moulding is an added advantages.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and strong analytic skills in measurement device as calipers, height gauge, micrometer screw gauge and etc.
ASSISTANT PURCHASING MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor purchasing processes and ensure they follow company policies and procedures, frequently seeking approval for decisions.
- Monitor the issuance and processing of POs, and update the requestor regarding any delays in the schedule. Follow up with suppliers on open POs.
- Handle toolroom purchases item, including mold bases, steel materials, and toolroom accessories, and forward payment advice to suppliers.
- Handle maintenance team requests item, including servicing, checking, and repairing machine breakdowns.
- Work on cost analysis to ensure the company is paying the best prices for materials, while demanding cost-saving opportunities that meet high standards.
- Provide regular feedback and closely manage the performance of those assisting with purchasing tasks, demanding excellence in every action.
- Handle reject and replacement item from supplier.
- Handle invoice or payment issue.
- Handle for license application for import and related a shipping document.
- Meeting with supplier for new requirement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years experiences in Procurement / Purchasing.
- Experience in Plastic Manufacturing is an added advantages.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Proficient in negotiation, cost-saving strategies, and effective communication also an added advantages.
